COIL INFORMATION Coiltek Monoloop coils are suitable for any model of Minelab SD & GP Series Metal Detector and are more sensitive than DD coils. Therefore, the Monoloop coil detects smaller gold nuggets at a greater depth. However, this type of coil can emit some noisy signals in high to extreme mineralized ground conditions.The Coiltek Double-D (DD) coils are also suitable for any model of Minelab SD & GP Series Metal Detector. These coils will go just as deep as the Monoloop coil but a little less sensitive for smaller gold nuggets. They are more stable and quieter than the Monoloop coil in all types of variable ground including extreme areas of mineralization and salty soils.
