They are not "well-known" superior brand names ... also ... please be aware of such 'self-named" names like 'Gold Snoop' and 'Coin Snoop', MD # (Number so and so) and the like plus non-registered Trademark names within the metal detector industry. These "toys" are generally bought for $20 and are "flogged" at stupid high prices. They are totally useless! Most of the search coils on these detectors are non-submersible in water ... plus there's no detailed instruction of use ... there's no back-up service for repair in Australia ... etc ... we could go on and on ! plus very limited or NO WARRANTY. So please, don't be a bunny ... all they want is your money ... let's face it ... they wouldn't even know the first thing about gold prospecting, beachcombing and treasure hunting ... now would they ? .... nor would you like to be asking the "check-out chick" questions as to how to use it and where to go thus holding everybody up ... what a joke !
